Typical prosthodontic training includes four years of dental school and three additional years of training in dental implants, full mouth rehabilitation, crowns, bridges, dentures, cosmetics, and temporomandibular joint function. Dr. Abrahams took it upon himself to train for an additional (8th) year to achieve the distinction of Maxillofacial Prosthodontist. This year long fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics & Dental Oncology was completed at New York City’s prestigious Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

As a Prosthodontist, Dr. Abrahams provides an extremely high level of care for patients who are missing teeth or have significant damage to their existing teeth. His extremely specialized training allows him to deal with a wide variety of problems from the most simple to the most complex.
