Dr. Howard Abrahams received his dental degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, one of the few Ivy League Dental Schools in the United States.
Dr. Abrahams then completed a 3 year specialty program in Advanced Prosthodontics with a focus on dental implant and cosmetic rehabilitation.
He then went on to complete a year long fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics & Dental Oncology at New York City’s prestigious Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He is one of only a few certified prosthodontists in private practice in the South Florida area.
Licensed to practice dentistry in Florida and New York. Successfully completed the Florida state board as well as the Northeast Regional Board Exam.

Completed training in the administration of injectable Botox for dentofacial applications from the Aesthetic Enhancement Institute.
Dr. Abrahams’ research interests prompted his completion of a Masters in the Science of Dentistry (MScD). He is also involved in studying the effects of radiation therapy and dental materials in conjunction with Mount Sinai Medical Center’s Comprehensive Cancer Center, located in Miami Beach, Florida.
