Laser Frenectomy Treatment
Through laser dentistry, we can perform virtually painless frenectomy treatment. Those who are tongue- or lip-tied generally have a frenum that is too tight or short. This causes complications or pain when not treated. The traditional frenectomy method involves cutting the frenum with a scalpel and placing sutures. By using our laser, Dr. Abrahams can remove the frenum without the need for either scalpel or stitches and with virtually no pain.
